Initial Consultation
This is a free of charge telephone conversation with the child’s parent or carer. When you contact me, we can discuss your concerns and decide whether your child would benefit from an assessment and what you're looking for in terms of therapy.
Initial Assessment
Initial assessments, conducted at the child's home or nursery/school, include a case history, formal/informal assessment, and feedback. A summary report with findings and recommendations will be provided. Appointments are usually 60-90 minutes. In certain circumstances further assessment sessions may be recommended, these will be discussed with you as required and charged at the hourly rate.

Review Appointments
Following an agreed block of therapy sessions or after a consolidation period, a review session will take place to ascertain impact of sessions so far. This is also an opportunity for targets to be reviewed and new targets set if needed. Appointment length 45-60 minutes.
Therapy Session
Sessions will take place at the child’s home/school/nursery. Sessions typically last between 30 to 45 minutes unless agreed otherwise. Length of the session depends on the child and therapy setting. The fee also includes time spent outside of the therapy session preparing material, planning, writing notes and discussing progress with parents and professionals.
